It should be noted that the exercises and solutions available on our website are educational tools of an auxiliary nature, which aim to assist users in a fuller understanding of the subjects covered by our website, and under no circumstances do they replace the corresponding educational handbooks, academic instruction and any kind of material delivered by professors and lecturers to students of each University.
The content of the solutions of the exercises available on our website may differ from the corresponding solutions of each University school due to the application of different formulas/typologies, conventions, assumptions, methods, etc., while there may also be differences in the methodology of solving each exercise. Supplementary material is not available for every exercise, but only for those exercises for which is deemed necessary. The Owner shall be responsible for the editing of such material and shall select the exercises to which it is made available.
Supplementary material for a particular exercise cannot be requested by special user order if it does not accompany the exercise.
In order to understand the solutions of the exercises, each user must have sufficient knowledge of the relevant theory through personal involvement. The presentation of the theory, in cases where it is provided through the solutions of the exercises on the website, is given in a concise and localized manner and therefore does not replace the personal study of each user on the theory taught by the university institutions and their handbooks in the relevant subject.
10. ORDER OF EXERCISES
Each user can choose and order as many exercises as he/she wishes from the ones offered on our website, without any limitation.
It is emphasized that orders can be placed from a computer or from a mobile phone or tablet, but the solutions of the exercises are only available for reading via a computer running in a WINDOWS environment.
After the user has searched and selected the exercise he/she is interested in and he/she wishes to proceed with an order, he/she enters the order form of the website. A necessary step to start the ordering procedure is to accept the TERMS OF USE of the website and to this end the user must press the button “I have read and unreservedly accept the terms of use and conditions of the website and I am an adult”. The user is understood to accept the TERMS OF USE in their entirety without reservation. No partial acceptance is possible. If the TERMS OF USE are not accepted by the user by selecting the relevant checkbox, the screen with the order details will not appear and the user cannot proceed with the ordering procedure.
In the order form, which is displayed to the user after he/she has previously accepted the TERMS OF USE of the website, the user enters his/her data on his/her own responsibility for their accuracy and correctness. Our website does not identify users nor does it have a mechanism for checking and cross-checking their data. Therefore, for us, true data are those that the users themselves declare to us.
After completing his/her data, the user is asked to pay the price of the exercise (or exercises) he/she has chosen, before the exercise is sent. The transaction is carried out exclusively by electronic means, through the supported electronic payment service PAYPAL.
Payment shall be made exclusively in EUROS to the exclusion of any other physical or digital currency or means of payment.
Once the user’s payment has been completed and confirmed for each exercise requested and for all of them, the exercises with their solutions are sent to the email account indicated by the user, within 24 hours from the confirmation of their payment. In particular, the user will receive the material ordered in the form of a digital PDF file which shall be available for reading only on a maximum of two computers of the user’s choice due to the application of DRM (Digital Restrictions Management) technology. It should be noted that it is compulsory to download free of charge the application CopySafe pdf Reader in order to allow reading of the digital PDF file on the user’s computer. Please note that the digital PDF files sent are not available for printing.

The Owner is required to send to the user the exercise for which the user has paid the fee and its solution within 24 hours from the confirmation of payment, unless there are reasons of force majeure or unforeseen events of national or global scope, which make it impossible to send it via the Internet.
12. TAX ISSUES
The order and payment of the solutions of the exercises together with any supplementary material is not subject, in accordance with the current Greek legislation, to value added tax.
The price indicated on each exercise is the final (payable) amount that the user must pay to obtain the exercise. However, if tax is imposed on transactions made through our website, such tax will be charged to the user.
